CO2 MARKING MACHINE

The CO2 marking machine is a laser marking device that uses CO2 gas as the working medium. It mainly achieves permanent marking by burning, vaporizing or changing the color of the material surface with a laser beam.

1.It can mark plastics (ABS, PVC, PET), rubber, glass, ceramics, bamboo and wood products, fabrics, acrylic, etc., and is especially suitable for materials sensitive to heat.
2. The spot diameter is as small as 0.1mm, enabling micron-level fine marking (such as QR codes and micro-characters).
3. Non-contact processing, no mechanical wear, and no indentation on the marking.
4. No ink or consumables are required, there is no chemical pollution, and the energy consumption is low.

Marking Type:QR code, barcode, Chinese, English, date, logo, pattern, etc.
1.Lasers carbonize, vaporize or discolor the surface of materials through thermal ablation effects, and the energy is mainly absorbed by non-metallic materials containing carbon, hydrogen and oxygen.
2.The price of CO2 lasers is lower than that of ultraviolet lasers, making them suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises or batch processing scenarios.
3.The marks are mostly in dark colors (such as black or dark brown), achieved through material carbonization, allowing for shallow depth engraving, which is suitable for patterns that require a three-dimensional effect.
