 Laser Marking Machine

3D Dynamic Focus Marking Machine is a high-end laser marking equipment equipped with 3D dynamic focus galvanometer and three-axis real-time focus control. Its core features are automatic focus tracking and full-area focusing, which can achieve high-precision marking without deformation and with uniform consistency on curved surfaces, inclined surfaces, and surfaces with height differences.

Laser marking machines are widely used for precise marking on various metal materials such as aluminum, copper, gold, silver, aluminum oxide, stainless steel, and some non-metallic materials. Through high-temperature ablation or micro-etching, permanent marks (such as text, QR codes, patterns, etc.) are formed on the surface of the materials, with a depth reaching the micrometer level. They have characteristics such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and low-temperature resistance, and are therefore suitable for long-term outdoor use or high-loss scenarios.

Our 3D curved surface laser engraving machine enables full-range three-dimensional machining. It performs high-precision, efficient and deformation-free marking on all kinds of curved and stepped parts, keeping uniform engraving results without repeated fixture adjustment.

 

Built-in red light preview function supports real-time outline and marking frame preview before engraving, avoiding positioning errors effectively. It delivers superior laser beam quality with narrow pulse width, enabling ultra-fine, delicate and crisp marking patterns on all workpieces.
