 Laser Marking Machine

The 2.5D dynamic focusing marking machine is developed on the basis of an ordinary 2D fiber laser marking machine, with an additional Z-axis dynamic focusing function. It can maintain an accurate laser focus within a certain height difference or depth range, enabling 3D relief engraving, curved surface marking, and deep carving. It is a type of processing technology between 2D flat-surface marking and full 3D spatial processing.

Laser marking machines are widely used for precise marking on various metal materials such as aluminum, copper, gold, silver, aluminum oxide, stainless steel, and some non-metallic materials. Through high-temperature ablation or micro-etching, permanent marks (such as text, QR codes, patterns, etc.) are formed on the surface of the materials, with a depth reaching the micrometer level. They have characteristics such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and low-temperature resistance, and are therefore suitable for long-term outdoor use or high-loss scenarios.

This 2.5D dynamic focusing laser marking machine upgrades standard 2D fiber laser equipment with an extra Z-axis depth control function. It realizes planar marking plus precise depth adjustment instead of full 3D spatial processing, enabling exquisite 3D relief engraving, deep carving and curved surface marking on metals. With stable laser focus maintained across a wide height and depth range, it delivers delicate, layered embossed carving effects ideal for jewelry, hardware and craft engraving.

 

Built-in red light preview function supports real-time outline and marking frame preview before engraving, avoiding positioning errors effectively. It delivers superior laser beam quality with narrow pulse width, enabling ultra-fine, delicate and crisp marking patterns on all workpieces.

 

The dedicated laser marking software supports multiple engraving modes and mainstream file formats including JPG, PNG, BMP, SVG, PLT and DXF. With built-in USB import function, users can quickly import images and graphics for convenient custom marking editing.
