The TH-2004L special aluminum profile cutting machine is customized according to customer requirements and is specially designed and produced for trimming, cutting notches and punching holes of aluminum profiles.

2.It has excellent processing flexibility. When processing any graphics, cutting pipes and other profiles, it is completely unaffected by the shape of the workpiece.
3.Non-contact cutting ensures good cutting quality, a small heat-affected area, and generally does not require secondary processing or a small amount of grinding.
4.It is not affected by the hardness of the material being cut, can be cut without deformation, the cutting surface is smooth without burrs, does not damage the workpiece, and greatly improves the yield of finished products.
5.The entire system has a good self-protection function for the optical path, featuring a multi-channel closed-loop protection system and a powerful self-diagnostic function, which can promptly trigger alarms.
6.The gantry frame is independently installed on the base platform.

1.The control cabinet is independently designed, integrating the integrated circuit, servo drive, control system and optical path system into one.
2.The gantry frame is independently installed on the base platform. Among them, the effective travel of the X-axis is 400mm with cantilever module movement and C4 grinding grade lead screw. The effective stroke of the Y-axis is 2100mm, with gear and guide rail transmission. The effective stroke of the Z-axis is 200mm, with closed module movement and C4 grinding grade lead screw.
3.U-shaped displacement worktable: The longitudinal length of the crossbeam is 2200mm and the width is 300mm. One axis is fitted with high-precision servo drive and reducer, while the other is a driven axis. The whole crossbeam supports 360° circular rotation.

Machine tool
