The TH-2004L special aluminum profile cutting machine is customized according to customer requirements and is specially designed and produced for trimming, cutting notches and punching holes of aluminum profiles.

4.It is not affected by the hardness of the material being cut, can be cut without deformation, the cutting surface is smooth without burrs, does not damage the workpiece, and greatly improves the yield of finished products.
5.The entire system has a good self-protection function for the optical path, featuring a multi-channel closed-loop protection system and a powerful self-diagnostic function, which can promptly trigger alarms.
6.The gantry frame is independently installed on the base platform.
7.U-shaped displacement worktable, equipped with a mature numerical control system, friendly human-machine interface and efficient automatic nesting function. It supports real-time processing status feedback, guaranteeing orderly processing with simple and intuitive operation.

Numerical control system

1.Supports input of multiple file formats such as DXF, DWG, and IGES, batch import of parts, and import of CSV part lists.
2.The cutting path is automatically optimized, with an independent process database, and it also supports common edge cutting.
3.Professional CAM interface, fully meeting the display requirements of various processes.

Water cooler

It supplies circulating cooling water for lasers and constant-temperature cooling for laser cutting heads. Efficient and environmentally friendly, it comes with water flow and overtemperature alarms as well as laser linkage signal protection.
