Equipped with an independently developed precision cutting control system, it features continuous and rapid curve cutting functions as well as the shortest processing path optimization function. It is not affected by the shape of the workpiece and can process any shape. The cutting seam is smooth and beautiful. It can perform precise cutting of any shape on small workpieces, making your production process simpler and more efficient. The high-precision fiber laser cutting machine features high single-machine processing efficiency, no dust at all, no stress, no burrs, and smooth and neat cutting edges. One-time cutting and forming, no need to develop molds or undergo secondary grinding processing. The process is simple, reducing labor and time input costs. Compared with traditional stamping forming, the processing cost of a single workpiece is lower, and the efficiency is increased by more than twice. The subsequent maintenance cost is only 1/3 to 1/4 of that of a CNC punching machine with the same efficiency.

It mainly targets high-precision micro-hole cutting of various metal thin plates under 5mm, and is particularly suitable for precise cutting of metal materials such as stainless steel, aluminized zinc plates, silicon steel, alloy steel, and copper, as well as non-metallic brittle materials such as sapphire, ceramics, and wafers.

Cutting head
1.It adopts a uniquely designed blowing method to reduce the contamination of the internal lenses during cutting.
2.The optical focusing lens group is made of imported materials, ensuring a long service life of the lenses.
3.The focusing part of the cutting head is drilled with a hexagonal wrench, and the interior adopts a professional focusing design, ensuring a stable optical focus.
Machine tool

Follow-up system
The follow-up system drives vertical Z-axis movement of the cutting head. When slight bending deformation occurs on the material plate surface, the cutting head height will be automatically adjusted.
