1. The pipe workpiece is equipped with three-jaw chuck and customized tooling to realize the rapid positioning and clamping of theworkpiece with a diameter of 30-80mm. Equipped with portablethimble mechanism to achieve automatic and fast jacking of prod-ucts of different lengths. Servo motor drives the tube to rotate. 2.Full closed machine, upper and lower door structure. Design theblanking device under the cutting base (below the pipe). In addi-tion to the laser water cooler, all controls,lasers, PCS. etc. are in.tegrated on the device. 3, laser cutting head to achieve long direction X axis servo movement, Y axis servo movement, cutting head Z axis up and downservo movement, automatically follow cutting. 4, the use of special pipe cutting software, through 3D pattern(STP,lGS format) directly into the software automatic cutting.
