1.The robot moves by changing positions, with a travel distance of 5 meters. The robot and cutting are linked by servo motors, high-precision 3-arc minute reducers and PLC. Within the travel range, the robot's movement position can be controlled by PLC to reach any designated location.
2.The fixation and clamping of the workpiece shall be provided by the buyer. The support component for long-shaped workpieces installed on the working platform is 500mm above the platform. The workpiece is placed inside the square groove and its width is adjustable. The two sides of the workpiece are designed with quick clamping to ensure that the workpiece does not shake during the cutting process. Moreover, it is required that after cutting a section, the workpiece to be cut does not shift or deflect, and does not affect the next cutting station. |
