3D CUTTING MACHINE

3D laser cutting machines are widely used in the locomotive manufacturing industry, including locomotive parts, bodies, door frames, trunks, roof covers, and door edge seats. The processing of this equipment is not affected by the shape and angle of the workpiece. The cutting surface is smooth and flat without burrs. This advanced three-dimensional fiber laser cutting equipment integrates high stability, high precision, high performance and high speed.

  1. The 3D robot can flexibly adjust the posture and position of the cutting head, and in combination with the precise positioning of the positioner for the work, it can perform spatial curve trajectory cutting on irregular workpieces such as 3D coverings and special-shaped pipe fittings, achieving the processing of complex shapes and meeting various unique design requirements.
  2. The positioner can load and unload or adjust the position of the workpiece while the robot is cutting, reducing auxiliary time and improving the utilization rate of the equipment. The high-speed movement and efficient cutting capabilities of robots, as well as the application of multi-station positioners, can significantly shorten the production cycle of products and enhance production efficiency.
