Q2: How long is the warranty period after purchasing the machine?
Answer: Our machines come with a free one-year warranty, as long as the damage is not caused by human factors. (Optical lenses, welding nozzles, etc. are consumables and are not covered by the warranty.)

Q3: How soon can the delivery be made after payment?
Answer: After payment, we will ship the machine within 7-14 days.

Q4: What language settings are available on the machine?
Answer: Multilingual，Such as English ,French, German,Polish,Spanish ,etc.

Q5: There is a water cooler in the welder, Can it be filled with tap water ?
Answer:The best way is to use purifed water and distilled water for the machine. As we know that if the tap water have some impurity inside, the machine can not get good environment water for cooling. If long time do it like this way, the machine laser source and welding head life time will be shortly than using purified water or distilled water.If the water is not purified, the welding head and laser source easy broken. Because impurity have some unknown materials.

Q6: How is the quality of the machine? Which accessories are consumables?
Answer: Our machines have excellent quality, and each machine undergoes comprehensive quality inspection before leaving the factory. Nozzles and protective lenses are easily consumable. We recommend having spare ones on hand in case of any malfunction.
