UV LASER MARKING MACHINE

The wavelength of ultraviolet laser (355nm) is much smaller than that of CO2 laser(10.6um) and fiber laser (1064nm), and the diameter of the focused spot can reach 5-50um. lt can achieve ultra-fine marking, such as QR codes, micro-text, complex patterns, and precise scales, etc. lt is suitable for extremely small-sized workpieces(such as electronic components in 01005 packaging and miniature bearings).

The ultraviolet marking machine is suitable for a wide variety of materials. The main applicable materials are:
1.Polymer materials: plastics (PVC, PE, PP), acrylic, epoxy resin, rubber, films, etc.
2.Organic materials: leather, paper, wood, fabric, glass (with special processing).
